We caught faint glimpses about an hour into our tour, and another hour or two later, we got extremely lucky with a vibrant show. The highlight of our tour was our guide (sadly cannot remember his name but a picture of him is included in this review) who went above and beyond to hunt down the lights for us, locate the very best viewing locations, and take some absolutely incredible photos of everyone with the lights. We cannot thank Iceland Everywhere enough for this once in a lifetime experience.

Great communication from the company - we were given a window of 10 minutes for our pickup time so that... read more we did not have to stand in the cold any longer than necessary. Pick up was on time and right where we were told to be.

We headed out into the country with Tomas. He explained how the Northern Lights are formed and measured. It was an easy drive to start the night.

Make sure to dress warm and when you think you have enough clothes, take more because once the lights start you won’t want to go back inside.

Our tour moved 3 times and we all got amazing pictures! The Northern Lights were stunning but we got our picture with the Northern Lights - something I had never seen before. 5/5 isn’t high enough of a rating for this tour!!

  Stunning sky for the Northern Lights adventure - After a week of poor visibility and a cancelled night, we were not feeling confident. But after about 90 minutes of driving around and one good stop where we saw... read more the lights, we hit jackpot: Tomas took us to a second location where the Northern Lights were absolutely stunning! The sky was dancing with lights and stars, and Tomas's excitement was catching. He also took dozens of pictures of the sky (and all tour participants with the sky) with a professional camera which were shared with us the next day. The tour was about three hours from pick up to drop off and well worth it -- we were the only tour at any of three locations we stopped at, so this company is obviously very knowledgeable about great places to catch the lights.

  The Best Northern Lights Tour  - The guide was highly knowledgeable about the Northern Lights phenomenon and very enthusiastic. He was also an excellent photographer, using the very best equipment. During this trip I used... read more three different companies for Northern Lights tours, and this was the best. Another thing that set this tour apart is that it started at 9:00 pm, while the others started at 8. The Northern Lights are likely to be strongest starting around 11:00, so later is usually better. I would definitely choose this company again.
