Amazing tour - Unbelievable experience! - The first day we booked for was cancelled due to cloud cover but the company were quick to help us reschedule. Lucky for us, we picked the best night!! We... read more were very fortunate to see the Northern Lights and experience the beautiful colourful display. Our guide, Siggi, knew exactly what he was doing and got us to the perfect spot to see the lights. He took some amazing pictures of us during the tour which he shared the next day! He made the trip informative. It was a really cold night but the hot chocolate helped to warm us up. Thank you Siggi, it’s an experience we’ll never forget.

The Best Northern Lights Tour - The guide was highly knowledgeable about the Northern Lights phenomenon and very enthusiastic. He was also an excellent photographer, using the very best equipment. During this trip I used... read more three different companies for Northern Lights tours, and this was the best. Another thing that set this tour apart is that it started at 9:00 pm, while the others started at 8. The Northern Lights are likely to be strongest starting around 11:00, so later is usually better. I would definitely choose this company again.

Magical Must Do! - We took this tour on our first night in Iceland and so glad we did! Siggi really is a professional lights chaser. It was quite cloudy and after 2 hours... read more we thought all hope might be lost but Siggi did not give up. We jumped in the van and burned rubber 30 minutes south where sure enough there they were. And they definitely put on a magical show. It was amazing. Definitely take this tour.
The small van format was great. We saw large buses which I’m sure made the process slow too get on and off the bus. We had about 15 people which made us agile enough to change locations quickly.
5 stars for Siggi and this tour!

Spectacular service, spectacular auroras - Our guide Thomas picked us up from the appointed bus stop in Reykjavik on time. We drove east toward the national park in search of a good viewing spot. Luckily... read more the sky was cloudy free. Our first views were modest but after several spots we were treated to amazing views of gray-green auroras spanning the sky in an arc and slowly moving over time. After a lot of trial and error we were able to capture images even on our phones. Thomas however went above and beyond to set up his own camera (on a tripod to facilitate the long exposures) to take images of each group at several sites. These were shared with us several days later via Dropbox and were absolutely amazing! At the last stop we also enjoyed hot chocolate ! I would suggest preparing for this trip by wearing many layers of warm clothing as it was bitter cold and windy. I highly recommend this trip - it was fantastic in all respects. While someone could drive on their own it was so nice to have an experienced guide to find optimal locations and to provide expert photography !
